Melissa Lowrance was an assistant athletic trainer at North Dakota State University working with the women's volleyball team for five seasons from 2019 to 2023.

Lowrance previously worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the University of Central Missouri’s bowling, softball, and volleyball teams during the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

Lowrance, a native of Cross Village, Mich., graduated from Central Michigan University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and from the University of Central Missouri in 2019 with a master’s degree in kinesiology.
