Border States congratulates Marina Fernandez, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Fernandez, a senior from Barcelona, Spain, has a 3.559 GPA in exercise science. Fernandez achieved a career high in points with 20 against North Texas. Fernandez also helped the Bison with eight rebounds and led the team with two assists. Fernandez has achieved academic success, being named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll last season.
