Border States congratulates Maddie Herzog, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Herzog, a freshman golfer from Detroit Lakes, Minn., has a 3.800 GPA in business management. She shot 69 and 67 with eight birdies in her first two rounds at the Northern Arizona Red Rocks Invitational. Herzog's 67 was the third best single-round in school history, and she finished fifth in the tournament with a three-round total of 211, also third best in Bison history.
