Border States congratulates Montana DeCamp, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
DeCamp, a junior shortstop on the softball team from Indianola, Iowa, has a 3.971 GPA in education. DeCamp hit 6-for-13 with two home runs and six RBIs as North Dakota State extended its winning streak to 18 games with victories over Seattle (twice), Santa Clara and Portland State. A two-time NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete in her career, DeCamp has started all 39 games for the Bison this season and is hitting .306 with five homers and 17 RBIs.
