Border States congratulates Derrek Tuszka one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.

Tuszka, a senior from Warner, S.D., currently holds a 3.59 GPA majoring in crop and weed sciences. Tuszka recorded a game-high two sacks Saturday at Illinois State. He leads all Bison in sacks this season with five, more than double the next player on the list. This was Tuszka's fourth straight game recording a sack. He is now tied for the second-most sacks in the Missouri Valley Football Conference. Tuszka is currently eighth on the all-time NDSU sack list with 21.
