Border States congratulates Bryce Messner, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Messner, a senior offensive lineman from McVille, N.D., has a 3.398 GPA in the agribusiness and applied economics master's program. He has started all 14 games at left guard this year for North Dakota State, which advanced to the NCAA Division I Football Championship Game for the sixth time in seven years with a 55-13 win over Sam Houston State in the national semifinals.
