Border States congratulates Jaelin Beachy, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Beachy, a senior from Staples, Minn., has a 3.716 GPA majoring in psychology. She was runner-up in the heptathlon at the Summit League outdoor track and field championships with a personal-best score of 5,007 points that ranks eighth in NDSU history. She also finished sixth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.41 seconds to help the Bison win their 11th straight outdoor title.
