Indoor (Senior): Placed 7th in the pentathlon at the Summit League Indoor Championships, scoring a career-best 3,262 points … Also finished 13th in the prelims of the 60m hurdles at the conference meet … Personal-best 60m hurdles time of 9.04 seconds at the season-opening Dakota Classic on Dec. 8.
Outdoor (Senior): Recorded a breakout performance at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, taking league runner-up honors in the heptathlon and a 6th-place finish in the 100m hurdles … Scored a career-best 5,007 points in the heptathlon to rank 8th all-time at NDSU … Clocked a 100m hurdles PR of 14.29 in the heptathlon at the conference meet, ranking 10th in NDSU history … Long jump personal-best of 18-04.50 (5.60m) at the conference meet … Also set personal-bests in the 200m (25.88), 800m (2:25.61) and shot put (40-11.75) at the Summit League Championships.

2016-17 SEASON
 
Indoor (Junior): Competed in the 60m hurdles at two indoor meets … Season-best 60m hurdles time of 9.50 seconds at the Bison Open on Feb. 4.
Outdoor (Junior): Season-best heptathlon score of 4,329 points at the California Invitational Multi-Events on Apr 12-13 … Improved her long jump personal-best to 17-05.25 (5.31m) at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 5 … Set a new javelin personal-best of 122-10 (37.45m) at Nebraska on Apr. 8 … Wind-legal season-best of 15.26 seconds in the 100m hurdles, but clocked a wind-aided 14.77 at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 5.

2015-16 SEASON
 
Indoor (Sophomore): Finished 9th in the pentathlon and 9th in the 60m hurdles at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best 60m hurdles time of 9.19 seconds at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 13 … Scored a season-best 3,179 points in the pentathlon at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 4.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Season-best total of 4,318 points in the heptathlon at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on Apr. 22-23, taking 2nd place … Season-best 100m hurdles time of 14.92 seconds at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 6 … Long jump season-best mark of 16-08.00 (5.08m) in the UC Riverside Spring Classic heptathlon on Mar. 25.

2014-15 SEASON
 
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 4th in the 60m hurdles at the Summit League Championships in Fargo … Clocked a season-best 60m hurdles time of 9.11 seconds in the final at the conference meet … Also finished 12th in the pentathlon at the Summit League Championships … Scored a season-high 3,020 points in the pentathlon at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 6.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 5th in the heptathlon and 7th in the 100m hurdles at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in Macomb, Ill. … Season-best heptathlon score of 4,206 points at the California Invitational Multi-Events on Apr. 15-16 … Clocked a season-best 100m hurdles time of 14.86 in the heptathlon at the conference meet.
 
High School: Won three straight Minnesota Class A state championships in the 100m hurdles for Staples-Motley HS as a sophomore, junior and senior... Runner-up in the 300m hurdles as a sophomore and junior ... Qualified for the state meet in the long jump in her freshman and sophomore seasons, as well as taking fourth in the 300m hurdles as a freshman and seventh as a senior.
