Outdoor (Senior): Placed 7th in the pole vault at the Summit League Championships, clearing an outdoor-best 12-08.25 (3.87m) … Ended her career ranked 6th in NDSU outdoor history for the pole vault … Also ran on NDSU’s 4x100m relay that took 4th at the conference meet … Ran in the prelims of the 100m and 200m dashes at the conference meet … Personal-bests of 12.13 in the 100m and 24.97 in the 200m.
2019-20 SEASON
Indoor (Senior): Placed 4th in the 200m dash, 8th in the 60m dash, and 9th in the pole vault at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Clocked a personal-best 60m dash time of 7.68 seconds twice – at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 25, and again at the Bison Open on Feb. 8 … Ranks 8th all-time at NDSU in the 60m dash … Personal-best 200m time of 25.34 at Vanderbilt’s Music City Challenge on Feb. 15 … Pole vault season-best of 12-08.75 (3.88m) to win the Bison Team Cup on Jan. 18.

Indoor (Junior): Placed 6th in the pole vault and 9th in the 60m dash at the Summit League Championships … Cleared a personal-best 12-09.00 (3.89m) in the pole vault at the conference meet, ranking 7th in NDSU indoor history … Personal-best 7.85 seconds in the 60m dash at the conference meet … 12-07.50 (3.85m) to win the pole vault at the Thundering Herd Classic on Jan. 12.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 7th in the pole vault at the Summit League Championships, clearing 11-10.75 (3.63m) … Outdoor season-best of 12-01.50 (3.70m) in the pole vault to win the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 26.
2017-18 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Cleared a personal-best 12-00.00 (3.66m) in the pole vault at the Thundering Herd Classic on Jan. 13 … Also cleared 11-07.75 (3.55m) in the pole vault at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invitational on Jan. 20 … Clocked a season-best 60m dash time of 7.91 seconds at the season-opening Dakota Classic on Dec. 8.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Cleared a season-best 11-11.75 (3.65m) in the pole vault at the Ron Masanz Classic on Apr. 28 … Also cleared 11-10.00 (3.61m) in the vault at the South Dakota Invitational on Apr. 11 … Clocked a season-best 15.92 in the 100m hurdles at the UC Riverside Spring Track Classic.
2016-17 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Finished 12th in the pentathlon and 13th in the 60m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Scored 2,971 points in her first career pentathlon at the conference meet … Season-best 60m dash time of 7.90 seconds at the conference meet.
Outdoor (Freshman): Posted season-best times of 12.47 seconds in the 100m dash, 26.51 in the 200m dash, and 15.47 in the 100m hurdles.
High School: North Dakota Class B state champion in the 100m dash and pole vault as a senior in 2016 … State runner-up in the 100m hurdles her senior year … Placed 2nd in the 100m hurdles and 4th in the pole vault at the North Dakota state meet as a junior in 2015 … As a sophomore, she was the state runner-up in the 100m dash and pole vault … Multiple-time state placewinner in the 200m and 400m … Also an all-region and all-state player in volleyball … High school personal-bests of 12.61 seconds in the 100m, 26.09 in the 200m, and 11-3 in the pole vault.
Personal: Daughter of Dennis and Carol Dinius … Has four older brothers, Jeremy, Josh, James and Jon, and two older sisters, Jenny and Julie … Majoring in dietetics … All six of her siblings competed in track & field in college – Josh, James, Jenny and Julie at the University of Mary, Jeremy at Bemidji State, and Jon at Dickinson State.
