Cross Country: Placed 20th at the Summit League Championships, which were postponed to March due to the COVID-19 pandemic … No. 8 finisher for the Bison at the conference meet.
Indoor: Summit League champion in the 800m and distance medley relay … Won the 800m conference title in 2:10.56 … Ran the 800m leg on the Bison distance medley relay that took 1st … Also a member of the runner-up 4x400m relay team at the Summit League Championships … Indoor 800m personal-best of 2:09.31 at Iowa State on Feb. 13 … Personal-best 600m time of 1:32.77 to win the event at the UND Open on Jan. 30, ranking 5th-fastest in school history.
Outdoor (Junior): Summit League runner-up in the 800m, clocking an outdoor PR of 2:09.40 in the conference prelims … Ran the 800m leg on the school record-setting NDSU distance medley relay at the Drake Relays, placing 3rd in the meet.
2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in four meets on the season and factored in the team scoring twice … Placed 32nd at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 2, helping the Bison win the team title … Season-best 6k time of 23:04.2 at the conference meet.
Indoor (Junior): Summit League champion in the 800m, running a season-best 2:11.32 in the conference final … Also ran the 800m leg on NDSU’s Summit League champion distance medley relay … Bison clocked 11:52.46 in the DMR to rank 8th-fastest in school history … Won the 800m at the Bison Team Cup on Jan. 18 … Ran 1:34.39 in the 600m at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 25.

2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country (Redshirt): Ran one meet unattached while redshirting the season … Placed 13th at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 13, running 19:00.3 for the 5k.
Indoor (Sophomore): Summit League runner-up in the 800m, running a personal-best 2:10.20 in the finals at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Also ran the 800m leg on NDSU’s conference runner-up distance medley relay … Won the 400m in a season-best 57.96 and also won the 600m in 1:34.65 at the Bison Open on Feb. 1-2 … Ran 2:54.36 in the 1000m at the Thundering Herd Classic to rank 7th all-time at NDSU.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 6th in the 800m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Season-best 800m time of 2:14.79 in the prelims at the conference meet … Ran the 800m leg on the Bison distance medley relay that finished 7th at the Drake Relays and ranks 3rd-fastest in school history.
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in seven meets and finished as NDSU’s No. 3 runner in a pair of meets – the SDSU Classic on Sept. 29 and the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 14 … Took 3rd place in a season-best 5k time of 18:03.6 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic … Season-best 6k time of 23:13.2 at the Summit League Championships, placing 33rd overall as NDSU’s No. 9 finisher.
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 5th in the 800m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Also took 11th in the mile at the conference meet … Posted a season-best 800m time of 2:13.21 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invitational on Jan. 20 … Also clocked season-best times of 58.78 in the 400m and 5:01.62 in the mile.
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran on the Bison 4x400m relay team that won the Summit League title … Also placed 5th in the 800m at the conference meet … Season-best 800m time of 2:10.68 at the Mt. SAC Relays … Season-best 1500m time of 4:39.49 at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 21 … Ran the 800m leg on the Bison distance medley relay that finished 8th at the Drake Relays and ranks 3rd in NDSU history.
High School: North Dakota Senior Athlete of the Year for Class B track & field in 2017 … State runner-up in the 800m in 2:17, as well as placing third in the 400m at the state meet … 5-time state champion, winning state titles in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m as a sophomore in 2015, then defending her 1600m and 3200m titles as a junior in 2016 … Also the Class B state runner-up in the 400m and 800m as a junior … In cross country, Frolek was a two-time state runner-up … High school personal-best times of 10:55 in the 3200m, 4:59 in the 1600m, and 2:16 in the 800m … All-Region selection in basketball, totaling over 1,000 career points … Scored a school-record 45 points in a game.
