2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country (Senior): Among the top seven finishers for the Bison at all but one meet on the season … Placed 27th at the Summit League Championships in Fargo on Nov. 2, helping NDSU win the team title … Season-best 6k time of 22:38.3 at the conference meet … No. 3 finisher for the Bison women at the first two meets of the season – the Bison Open (Aug. 30) and the SDSU Classic (Sept. 13).
Indoor (Senior): Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on NDSU’s Summit League champion distance medley relay … Bison clocked 11:52.46 in the DMR to rank 8th-fastest in school history … Also placed 8th in the mile at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Personal-best mile time of 5:02.95 to win the event at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 22 … Personal-best 3000m time of 10:18.83 at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 25.

2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country (Junior): Finished among NDSU’s top 7 at the first two meets of the season … Placed 40th at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 6k time of 23:23.0 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational at Nebraska on Sept. 15.
Indoor (Junior): Season-best 800m time of 2:17.60 at the UND Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 16 … Season-best mile time of 5:05.29 at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 26 … Season-best 3000m time of 10:25.14 at the Bison Open on Feb. 2.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 6th in the 3000m steeplechase and 8th in the 1500m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Season-best steeplechase time of 10:59.62 at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 26, ranking 8th fastest in NDSU history … Season-best 1500m time of 4:39.87 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic on Mar. 29.
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country (Redshirt): Competed unattached in three meets as a redshirt … Season-best 5k time of 19:36.5 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 14.
Indoor (Sophomore): Clocked a season-best mile time of 5:06.19 at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 17 … Ran a season-best 3000m time of 10:26.43 at the Bison Open on Feb. 3.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Summit League Championships, running a personal-best 11:12.62 … Ranked 10th all-time at NDSU in the steeplechase … Also finished 15th in the 1500m and 18th in the 5000m at the conference meet … Season-best 1500m time of 4:43.75 at Concordia on Apr. 21 … Won the steeplechase at the Ron Masanz Classic on Apr. 28 in 11:14.50.
2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in two meets … Season-best 5k time of 20:58.7 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 15, finishing in 26th place.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed in only one meet, running 5:31.13 in the mile at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 2 ... Was granted a medical hardship season.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.
2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Raced in four meets for the season … Among NDSU’s top 6 finishers at the first three meets of the year … Placed 48th at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 31 … Season-best 6k time of 23:00.3 at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 26.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the mile at six indoor meets, clocking a season-best time of 5:15.27 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 13.
Outdoor (Freshman): Posted a season-best 1500m time of 4:58.09 at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on Apr. 23 … Also ran 2:25.41 in the 800m at the Cobber Twilight on Apr. 26.
HIGH SCHOOL: Finished 10th in the Minnesota Class A state cross country meet as a senior in 2014 … Placed 22nd at the state cross country meet as a junior in 2013 … Took 5th in the 1600m run at the Minnesota Class A state championships as a sophomore, 10th as a junior, and 12th as a senior … Anchored Lac qui Parle Valley HS to 6th in the 4x800m relay as a senior in 2015 … 5-time state meet qualifier in cross country, earning all-state finishes 3 times … Also played basketball.
