Indoor: Summit League champion in the distance medley relay, running the leadoff 1200m leg on the Bison squad that won in 11:54.02 … Ranked 9th all-time at NDSU in the indoor distance medley … Also finished 9th in the 5000m and 10th in the mile at the Summit League Championships … Personal-bests of 5:06.43 in the mile and 18:13.15 in the 5000m at the conference meet … Won the mile at the Jim Emmerich Invite on Jan. 23.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran in one meet, clocking 4:53.41 for the 1500m at the NDSU Spring Classic on Apr. 2.
2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in four meets on the season … Season-best 5k time of 18:54.2 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 19, finishing 25th … Took 21st place at the SDSU Classic 5k on Sept. 13.
Indoor (Sophomore): Clocked a personal-best mile time of 5:11.10 at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 22 … Recorded four mile races of 5:15 or faster.
