When are tickets available?
Student tickets may be claimed starting at 6 p.m. Saturday the week before the desired game.
What if my login doesn't work?
Student tickets are claimed using your NDSU electronic ID. Please contact the NDSU IT Help Desk at 701-231-8685 for assistance recovering your account.
How many tickets can I claim on my account?
Students are limited to one ticket per event per account.
What if I lose/delete my ticket delivery email/text?
Simply log in to your Bison Ticket Account, click on MY ACCOUNT, click on the blue ticket next to the event name and save the ticket to your wallet.
Do NDSU students need to enter through a specific entrance at games?
No. Mobile tickets allow students to arrive through any entrance and at any time.
What is the stadium alcohol policy?
NDSU Athletics is committed to providing an exciting and safe game day atmosphere. Bison fans pride themselves on a long tradition of good sportsmanship and conduct. In support of this tradition, the NDSU Fan Code of Conduct and Alcohol Management Plan has been developed. Fans who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to penalties including, but not limited to, removal without refund, revocation of tickets, and/or prevention from attending future games.
Alcohol sales will be available stadium-wide until the end of the third quarter and will be limited to two drinks per person. Customers must be at least 21 years of age. Please be prepared to present a valid state or Canada issued ID such as a driver's license, permit or ID card. Passports may not be accepted for the purchase of alcohol.
