Outdoor (Junior): Placed 9th in the heptathlon at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Personal-best heptathlon score of 3,862 points at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on Mar. 25-26 … 100m hurdles PR of 15.92 in the heptathlon at the conference meet.

2020-21 SEASON

Outdoor (Sophomore): Threw the shot put at the Ron Masanz Classic on May 1.

2019-20 SEASON

Indoor (Sophomore): Posted a personal-best pentathlon score of 3,202 points at the season-opening Dakota Classic on Dec. 6 … Recorded a long jump season-best of 17-03.50 (5.27m) twice – at the Dakota Classic and at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 25.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19 SEASON

High School: Two-time state champion in the 4x100m relay for St. Michael-Albertville HS ... Ran 12.39 in the 100m, 25.20 in the 200m, and long jumped 18 feet in high school ... State meet qualifier in the 100m, 200m, long jump and 4x100m relay as a senior in 2018.
