Cross Country (Freshman): Placed 37th at the Summit League Championships as the No. 6 finisher for the Bison … Also the No. 6 runner for NDSU at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 12, taking 147th place overall … Peaked as the No. 4 finisher for NDSU at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 15, running a 6k personal-best of 22:36.6.
Indoor (Freshman): Season-best 3000m time of 10:27.94 at the Bison Open.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 3rd in the 3000m steeplechase at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Steeplechase personal-best of 10:55.74 at the Mt. SAC Relays, ranking 9th-fastest in school history.

High School: Placed 3rd at the North Dakota Class A state cross country meet as a senior in 2020, running 18:52 for the 5k ... EDC cross country champion as a senior ...
