2023-24 SEASON

Indoor (Junior): Personal best pentathlon of 3,148 points at the Bison Open … Season best 400m time of 57.71 at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
Outdoor (Junior): Personal best long jump of 17-02.25 (5.24m) at the Gary Wilson Invitational … Season best 200m time of 25.56 at the NDSU Tune-Up.

2022-23 SEASON
 
Indoor (Sophomore): Season-bests of 57.80 in the 400m dash and 2:17.54 in the 800m.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 8th in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 12th in the 400m dash at the conference meet … Season-bests of 25.53 in the 200m dash, 57.31 in the 400m dash, and 2:18.97 in the 800m.

2021-22 SEASON
 
Indoor (Freshman): Ran on the Summit League runner-up 4x400m relay for the Bison, as well as placing 8th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best 400m time of 57.10 in the prelims at the conference meet.
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran on the Summit League runner-up 4x400m relay for NDSU, as well as placing 8th in the 400m dash at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Season-best 400m dash time of 56.92 at the Bryan Clay Invitational in mid-April.

Prior to NDSU: Spent the 2021 season at the University of Minnesota, but did not compete.
 
High School: Minnesota Class AA state champion in the 400m dash as a junior in 2019 … Also placed 7th in the 4x400m relay and 8th in the 200m and high jump at the state meet as a junior … Moorhead school record holder in the 400m dash at 55.39 … Hamline Elite Meet champion and 4th-place finisher in the 400m at the state meet as a sophomore in 2018 … High school personal-bests of 25.51 in the 200m and 5-3 in the high jump … Earned eight top-12 finishes at the Minnesota Class AA state track meet in her career … Four-sport athlete for Moorhead HS, where she earned 12 varsity letters across track & field, volleyball, hockey and weightlifting.
 
Personal: Daughter of Chris and Christa Howell … Has two brothers, Carter and Caden … Majoring in biological sciences … Brother, Carter, was an All-American and All-Region baseball player at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, and now plays professionally in the San Francisco Giants organization.
