Indoor (Junior): Placed 10th in the 5,000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Season-best 5,000m time of 17:24.97 at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
Outdoor (Junior): Season-best times of 17:25.84 in the 5,000m and 36:48.59 in the 10,000m.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in one meet, placing 7th overall at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Sept. 2.
Indoor (Sophomore): Did not compete.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 8th in the 10,000m at the Summit League Championships, running 37:20.70 … Ran 18:01.49 in the 5,000m at the USD Early Bird.

Prior to NDSU: Competed in indoor track and cross country at MSU Moorhead in 2021 ... Placed 48th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships in 2021 ... Personal-best cross country 6k time of 22:57.8 at the NCAA Division II Central Region meet.

High School: Three-time all-state in cross country ... Placed 7th at the North Dakota Class A state cross country meet as a senior in 2019 … Led West Fargo HS to state title … Cross country 5k best of 18:50 … PRs of 11:18 for 3200m and 5:23 for 1600m.
