Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.
High School: Minnesota state meet qualifier in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m and in cross country … Placed as high as ninth in the 1600m at the state meet during her sophomore season in 2015 … High school personal-best times of 2:18 in the 800m, 5:02 in the 1600m, and 11:09 in the 3200m … In cross country, she took 12th at the Class AA state meet as a freshman and 36th as a sophomore ... Also a standout basketball player, helping St. Michael-Albertville HS to four section titles and earning all-state honorable mention ... Named Student-Athlete of the Year in 2017.
Personal: Daughter of Aaron and Susan Heil ... Has three sisters, Lexi, Mary and Rachel, and three brothers, Luke, Jimmy and Toby ... Majoring in exercise science.
