Indoor (Senior): Season-best mile time of 5:06.70 at the Thundering Herd Classic on Jan. 12 … Also ran 2:23.69 in the 800m at the UND Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 16.
Outdoor (Senior): Did not compete … Ended her career on four relay teams that ranked among the top 10 in NDSU outdoor history.
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country (Junior): Among NDSU’s top seven finishers at all six meets she entered … No. 3 finisher for the Bison at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 10, placing 103rd overall in a season-best 6k time of 21:48.3 … Also the No. 3 finisher for the Bison in both 6k races at Minnesota in September … Placed 27th at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 28 … Took 6th at the season-opening Bison Open.
Indoor (Junior): Anchored the Bison to a Summit League title in the distance medley relay, running 12:00.62 for the 10th-fastest time in school history … Also finished 9th in the mile at the Summit League Championships … Season-best mile time of 5:02.52 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 10 … Also clocked 2:19.18 in the 800m at the Bison Open on Feb. 3.
Outdoor (Junior): Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on the Bison distance medley relay that finished 8th at the Drake Relays and ranks 3rd in NDSU history … Season-best 1500m time of 4:37.07 at the Drake Relays … Season-best 800m time of 2:18.07 to win at Concordia on Apr. 21.
2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Among NDSU’s top five finishers at every meet for the season … Placed 13th at the Summit League Championships for second-team All-Summit League honors … No. 3 finisher for the Bison women and 3rd place overall at the Bison Open on Sept. 2, running 14:51.9 for the 4k course … Season-best 5k time of 18:18.3 at Oregon’s Bill Dellinger Invitational on Sept. 16 … Season-best 6k time of 22:08.1 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 11, finishing 116th overall.
Indoor (Sophomore): Anchored the Bison to a Summit League title in the distance medley relay, running 11:50.01 for the 7th-fastest time in school history … Placed 5th in the mile and finished 11th in the 5000m at the Summit League Championships … Season-best mile time of 4:56.12 at Nebraska’s Adidas Classic on Jan. 28 … Season-best 800m time of 2:15.57 at the Bison Open on Feb. 4 … Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on the NDSU distance medley relay that clocked 11:47.26 at the Bison Open to rank 6th in school history.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 8th in the 1500m and 10th in the 5000m at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 1500m time of 4:30.55 at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 14, ranking her 10th all-time at NDSU in the event … Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays, finishing in 11:51.06 to rank 4th in school history … Also ran a season-best of 2:15.50 in the 800m.
2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Among NDSU’s top 7 finishers at every meet she competed in for the season … Peaked as NDSU’s No. 3 finisher at the SDSU Classic on Oct. 3 … Placed 33rd at the Summit League Championships on Oct. 31 … Season-best 5k time of 18:39.4 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 17, finishing 4th overall … Season-best 6k time of 23:34.0 at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 26.
Indoor (Freshman): Anchored the Bison to a runner-up finish in the distance medley relay at the Summit League Championships … Finished 9th in the mile at the conference meet … Season-best mile time of 5:05.63 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 13.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 5th in the 1500m at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 11th in the prelims of the 800m at the league meet … Clocked a season-best 1500m time of 4:36.06 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 15 … Ran an 800m season-best of 2:14.09 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 7 … Won the 1500m at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays.
HIGH SCHOOL: Captured Minnesota Class A state titles in the 800m and 1600m as a senior in 2015 … Won a state championship in the 1600m as a junior in 2014, as well as taking runner-up honors in the 800m … As an eighth grader in 2011, she also captured the Class A state titles in the 1600m and 800m … Placed among the top 11 at the state cross country meet in her sophomore, junior and senior seasons, finishing as high as 6th as a senior in 2014 … Posted times of 4:56 in the 1600m and 2:13 in the 800m … School record holder in the 400m, 800m, 1600m, 4x400m relay, 4x800m relay, and cross country 4k … Also played basketball.
