2018-19 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 8th in the 400m dash and ran on NDSU’s conference runner-up 4x400m relay at the Summit League Championships … Season-best 400m time of 57.69 at the UND Indoor Tune-Up on Feb. 16 … Season-best 800m time of 2:17.62 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9 … Season-best 600m time of 1:36.04 for 2nd place at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 26.
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran on NDSU’s 5th-place 4x400m relay team at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 11th in the prelims of the 400m dash at the conference meet … Season-best 800m time of 2:16.32 at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 26 … Season-best 400m time of 58.24 at the IMG Academy Invitational on Mar. 16.
High School: Three-time North Dakota Class B state champion in the 400m dash, clocking a time of 57.03 as a junior in 2017 ... Won the Class B state title in the 800m and anchored Hillsboro/CV to state titles in the 4x400 and 4x800 relays as a senior in 2018 ... Won 11 track & field state titles overall, including the 800m as a junior (2:15) and three titles apiece in the 4x400m and 4x800m relays ... Also earned four top-10 finishes at the North Dakota state cross country meet, helping extend the Burros' streak of seven straight team titles.
