Outdoor (Senior): Summit League champion and NCAA Championships qualifier in the heptathlon … Set the NDSU heptathlon school record with 5,695 points at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 17-18, surpassing the previous record by 139 points ... Placed 21st in the heptathlon at the NCAA Outdoor Championships for honorable mention All-America status … Also an NCAA West Prelims qualifier in the long jump, finishing 20th in Sacramento … Won the heptathlon and placed 3rd in the long jump at the Summit League Championships … Was leading the conference 400m hurdles final before falling on the final hurdle … Led off the Bison shuttle hurdle relay team that set the school record at the Drake Relays … Ranked 4th in NDSU history in the outdoor long jump with her mark of 20-02.50 (6.16m) in the Bryan Clay heptathlon … Ranked 9th in NDSU outdoor history with her 200m dash PR of 24.36 at the Summit League Championships … Ended her career ranked 9th all-time at NDSU in the 400m hurdles … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
2017-18 SEASON
Indoor (Senior): Led off the Bison 4x400m relay that won the Summit League title … Also placed 2nd in the pentathlon, 2nd in the 400m dash, and 8th in the long jump at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Scored a career-best 3,917 points in the pentathlon at the conference meet, ranking 3rd in NDSU history … Clocked a 400m personal-best of 55.84 in the finals at the conference meet … Long jump season-best of 19-02.50 (5.85m) at the Thundering Herd Classic on Jan. 13 … High jump season-best of 5-03.25 (1.61m), achieved twice … USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached in one meet, scoring 4,725 points to win the heptathlon at the UC Riverside Spring Track Classic on Mar. 22-23.
2016-17 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Placed 4th in the long jump, 4th in the 400m dash, 5th in the high jump, and 6th in the pentathlon at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Improved her indoor long jump personal-best to 19-00.75 (5.81m) at the conference meet, finishing 4th overall … Clocked a 400m dash personal-best of 56.36 in the finals at the conference meet … Scored a personal-best 3,696 points in the pentathlon at the Bison Open on Feb. 3, ranking 6th all-time at NDSU … Season-best high jump mark of 5-03.25 (1.61m).
Outdoor (Junior): All-Summit League performer in three events, finishing 2nd in the heptathlon, 2nd in the 400m hurdles, and 3rd in the long jump at the Summit League Championships … Scored a personal-best 5,321 points in the heptathlon at the conference meet, ranking 4th in NDSU history … Clocked a personal-best 1:01.06 in the 400m hurdles at the conference meet, ranking 8th in school history … Improved her personal-best in the long jump to 19-08.25 (6.00m) at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 5, winning the event … Alternate for the NDSU 4x400m relay team that advanced to the NCAA Outdoor Championships … Ran the second leg on NDSU’s sprint medley relay team that won the Drake Relays with the fourth-fastest time in school history … Also set new personal-bests of 24.62 in the 200m dash and 5-04.25 (1.63m) in the high jump.
2015-16 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Summit League runner-up in the pentathlon, scoring a season-best 3,512 points at the conference meet … Also finished 8th in the high jump, 10th in the 60m dash, and 12th in the long jump at the Summit League Championships … Long jump season-best mark of 18-01.00 (5.51m) to win the event at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 13 … Clocked a 60m dash season-best time of 7.95 seconds at the Thundering Herd Classic.
Outdoor (Sophomore): All-Summit League performer in the heptathlon, placing 3rd at the Summit League Championships with 4,635 points … Also ran on NDSU’s 4th-place 4x100m relay, placed 5th in the 400m hurdles, and took 8th in the long jump at the conference meet … Scored a season-best 4,711 points in the heptathlon at the UC Riverside Spring Classic on Mar. 24-25, ranking her 11th all-time at NDSU … Sesaon-best 400m hurdles time of 1:03.78 in the final at the conference meet … Also had season-bests of 25.52 in the 200m dash and 5-03.00 (1.60m) in the high jump.
2014-15 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 4th in the pentathlon at the Summit League Indoor Championships in Fargo … Scored a season-best 3,548 points in the pentathlon at the conference meet, ranking her 8th all-time at NDSU … Also finished 9th in the long jump and 13th in the 200m dash at the conference meet … Season-best times of 25.64 in the 200m dash and 57.88 in the 400m dash … Also posted a season-best long jump mark of 18-06.00 (5.64m) at the Thundering Herd Classic on Feb. 6 … Cleared a season-best 5-04.25 (1.63m) in the high jump.
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran on NDSU’s fourth-place 4x100m relay at the Summit League Championships in Macomb, Ill. … Also finished 9th in the prelims of the 400m dash at the league meet, running a season-best 57.95 … Scored a season-high 4,400 points in the heptathlon at the UC Riverside Spring Classic on Mar. 26-27 … Season-best 200m time of 25.72 at UC Riverside … Ran the third leg on the Bison 4x100m relay that clocked 46.29 at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge on Apr. 4 to stand as the 9th-fastest team in school history.
High School: Swept the North Dakota Class A state titles in the sprints as a junior in 2013, winning at 100m, 200m and 400m ... As a sophomore, she earned runner-up honors in all three events, and she ran on West Fargo 4x200m relay teams that finished second both years ... Placed 5th in the 100m, 7th in the 200m and 8th in the 400m as a senior while recovering from a knee injury ... Ranks among the top 10 performers in North Dakota high school history with her 100m time of 12.05 seconds and her 200m time of 24.96 ... North Dakota Gatorade Track & Field Athlete of the Year ... Also played basketball and volleyball.
