Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in the pole vault at three outdoor meets … Cleared a season-best 10-10.25 (3.31m) at the South Dakota Invitational on Apr. 11.

2016-17 SEASON
 
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in the pole vault at four indoor meets … Cleared a season-best 11-05.75 (3.50m) at the Bison Open on Feb. 4.
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in the pole vault at three outdoor meets … Cleared a season-best 11-04.25 (3.46m) at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 5.

High School: Four-time placewinner in the pole vault at the South Dakota Class AA state meet … State runner-up as a freshman in 2013, finished 8th as a sophomore, 3rd as a junior, and 3rd as a senior in 2016 … Owns a personal-best of 11-3 in the pole vault … Also a standout volleyball and softball player … As a setter in volleyball, she set Watertown HS records for assists per set, assists in a season, and assists in a career, earning all-conference and academic all-state recognition … In softball, Dale was a pitcher for the six-time state champion and three-time national champion Jurgens Printing ASA slow-pitch team.
