Bison Track & Field Leads Summit League with 10 Outdoor Academic All-League Honorees

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The North Dakota State men's and women's track & field teams led The Summit League with 10 Academic All-League selections, it was announced Tuesday, June 9, by the conference office. The recipients were selected based on their academic and athletic performances during the 2026 outdoor season.
The Bison men had six honorees – sophomores Reece Grosserode, Zach Lilly and Carl Rekow, junior Paul Olson, and seniors Zach McGlynn and Kaden Pastian.
Four NDSU women received the honor – sophomore Reagan Berg, juniors Ella Gardner and Marvelous Onwualo, and senior Alex Seagris.
NDSU's 10 selections were the most in the league, with no other school receiving more than five.
To be eligible for the Academic All-League team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.30 (on a 4.0 scale), and have completed at least one full academic year at the current institution. The award is voted on by the sports information directors and faculty athletic representatives of the league schools.
The Bison men and women swept the Summit League outdoor team titles in Fargo this May.
