FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State University women's soccer team and the University of Denver Pioneers played to a 0-0 draw in double overtime on Friday, Oct. 14, at Dacotah Field in front of 298 spectators.
With the tie, NDSU moves to 8-6-1 overall and 3-1-1 in Summit League action, while Denver is now 6-7-1 on the season and 3-0-1 in league play.
The Bison outshot the Pioneers in the match 16-4, including a 6-2 edge in shots on goal, but couldn't find the back of the net after 110 minutes.

Amy Yang and
Lizzie Lukas each tallied two shots on goal to lead NDSU offensively.
North Dakota State sophomore goalkeeper
Julia Edelstein made two saves in the contest and didn't surrender a goal the full 110 minutes to move to 1-0-1 between the posts and tally her second consecutive shutout.
Denver goalkeeper Brittany Wilson earned the shutout draw after making three saves in the second-half and two extra time periods to move to 3-4-1 in-goal.
Francesca Garzelloni and Hannah Adler each recorded a shot on goal to pace the Pioneer offense.
North Dakota State is scheduled to host South Dakota State on Sunday, Oct. 16, at 1 p.m. at Dacotah Field.
