GREENSBORO, N.C. – The North Dakota State men's basketball team improved to 6-3 on the season with an 85-67 road victory over North Carolina A&T on Friday evening at the Corbett Sports Center. Five different Bison scored in double-digits in the game.

NDSU senior forward
Dexter Werner recorded his sixth career double-double, finishing with 16 points and 12 rebounds. Freshman
Tyson Ward scored a season-high 15 points on 6-of-9 shooting for the Bison.

The Bison also received 15 points from
Khy Kabellis, 13 points from
A.J. Jacobson, and 12 points from
Carlin Dupree.

NDSU never trailed in the contest. The Bison raced out to a 9-0 lead early and pushed the margin to 47-30 at halftime.

The Bison posted an impressive 47-25 rebounding advantage, keyed by 20 offensive boards.
Paul Miller finished with eight rebounds, including five on the offensive end, and four assists.

North Carolina A&T (1-6) got 20 points from Sam Hunt, who connected on six three-pointers.

The Bison return home to play North Dakota on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the Scheels Center.
