SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State senior KK Leddy was named the Summit League Pitcher of the Week, while South Dakota infielder Jamie Hoschler was selected Player of the Week for their performances Feb. 11-17. Leddy earned her second career weekly honor.
 
Leddy, a right-hander from Middleburg, Fla., compiled a 1-2 record with one shutout and 2.33 earned run average. She struck out 14 and walked seven in 18 innings pitched. Opponents hit only .239 with 17 hits and six earned runs. Leddy was named to the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge Session 2 all-tournament team.
 
Leddy recorded her eighth career shutout with a 4-0 win over Northern Colorado (2-14-19). She need only 77 pitches, allowing three hits, striking out seven and walking one. One of her losses was the 5-3 decision to No. 5-ranked Washington (2-15-19).
 
North Dakota State (4-4) is scheduled to play in the Auburn Tiger Invitational on Feb. 22-24.
