FARGO, N.D. – North Dakota State Head Women's Basketball Coach
Jory Collins has announced assistant coach
Morgan Paige will remain on staff. Paige will also become the Recruiting Coordinator for the Bison.
"I couldn't be happier that Morgan has decided to stay on and continue to be a Bison," Collins said. "I had heard great things about her from our administration and both returning and incoming players. After we got to spend some time together it was obvious she has been a tremendous asset. I'm excited for us to learn from each other and grow together."
Paige recently finished her third season on the Bison staff. Prior to joining the Bison, Paige spent a year as a graduate assistant at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, where she helped extensively with the video editing systems, community relations, player development and on-campus recruiting.
"I am thankful to Jory and the athletic department for the new opportunity here at NDSU," Paige said. "I am very excited for the direction and future of the program and I will keep striving to be my best for the Bison as we move forward."
A native of Marion, Iowa, Paige was a four-year letterwinner and starter for the University of Wisconsin Badger women's basketball team. She was a third-team All-Big Ten selection in 2013. Paige became the 23rd Badger to reach 1,000 career points in her senior season and currently ranks 18th in school history with 1,230 career points.
Paige graduated from Wisconsin in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in life sciences communication. After graduating from Wisconsin, Paige spent a year playing professionally in Romania with CSM Craiova in Craiova, Romania.
