The men's broadcast will be joined in progress on Bison 1660 at the conclusion of the women's broadcast.

The Series vs. North Dakota: Friday and Saturday will be the 302nd and 303rd meetings between NDSU and UND, with UND leading the all-time series, 162-139. The Bison lead 11-5 over 16 meetings in the Division I era.

Last Time vs. UND: The Bison erased a 10-point deficit in the second half, and Sam Griesel made the game-winning free throw with 5.2 seconds left to seal a 53-52 victory over North Dakota on Dec. 12 at the Dakota Showcase held at the Sanford Pentagon.
NDSU scored 12 straight points between the 7:45 mark and 1:00 mark remaining in the second half, holding the Fighting Hawks scoreless for more than seven minutes. That stretch turned a 50-40 deficit into a 52-50 lead for the Bison.
Griesel finished with 14 points and six rebounds to lead NDSU, and Tyree Eady scored 13 points on 6-of-7 shooting.

Summit Streak: NDSU has started Summit League play 4-0 for the first time since the 2016-17 season, when the Bison dropped the fifth game of league play at Denver to snap the streak. A fifth or sixth straight win this weekend would give the Bison their longest unbeaten streak to open conference play since starting 7-0 in The Summit League in the 2012-13 season.

Player of the Week: Rocky Kreuser posted back-to-back double-doubles in a home sweep of Omaha on Jan. 8-9 to earn his second Summit League Player of the Week award this season. Kreuser scored 19 points in both victories over the Mavericks, while pulling down 12 boards in the 71-69 win in game one and 11 boards in the 80-66 triumph in game two.

Cleaning the Glass: NDSU is averaging a +9.5 rebounding margin in Summit League play – the best in the league.

Rejection: Grant Nelson's four blocked shots vs. Omaha on Jan. 9 were the most by a Bison since Rocky Kreuser had four on Mar. 10, 2019, in NDSU's win over Oral Roberts in the Summit League quarterfinals.

Starting Five: All five regular Bison starters have scored at least 17 points in a game this season.

In The Last 5 Games ...
  • The Bison are shooting 38.7 percent from three-point range over the past five games.
  • Rocky Kreuser is averaging 17.2 points and 8.0 rebounds over the past five games, shooting 43 percent from beyond the arc.
  • Grant Nelson is shooting 64.5 percent over the past five games (20-of-31).
