SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The top-seeded North Dakota State men's basketball team posted a 76-65 victory over No. 8 seed Oral Roberts in the quarterfinal round of the Summit League Tournament on Thursday evening.

The Bison advance to play either No. 4 seed South Dakota or No. 5 seed Omaha on Saturday at 7 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.

Damari Wheeler-Thomas led the Bison with 18 points, and
Trevian Carson added 17 for NDSU.
Noah Feddersen recorded a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Andy Stefonowicz dished out seven assists.

The Bison led 36-26 at halftime. ORU used a 10-0 run to pull within five at 57-52 with just over 10 minutes left, but Wheeler-Thomas answered with a three and the Bison scored eight straight to keep control.

NDSU shot 40 percent for the game and limited ORU to 38 percent. The Bison pulled down 16 offensive rebounds and registered a plus-9 in the turnover column.

NDSU improved to 25-7 overall, matching the highest season win total under head coach David Richman. The school record for wins in a season is 26.
