Scheels and North Dakota State University Athletics will hold the annual Scheels Bison Block Party on Thursday, Sept. 2, providing Bison fans a great opportunity to kick off the 2021 fall sports season.
 
The event is free and open to the public and will run from 5 to 8 p.m. at Scheels at 1551 45th Street S in Fargo. 
 
NDSU 2021 yard signs will be available for the first 600 fans, with distribution starting at 5:30 p.m. Head football coach Matt Entz will speak at a pep rally that will also feature the Gold Star Marching Band and live music.
 
Fans can also sample BBQ pulled pork from Beer's Blackdog BBQ based in Bemidji, Minn., and stop inside the store to check out the new Everyday Bison Collection and 2021 NDSU fan gear.
