The North Dakota State University basketball programs and Sanford Sports have announced a free preseason event to be held at the Fargo Parks Sports Center on Sunday, Oct. 19.
 
The Bison Basketball Tip-Off with Sanford Sports will run from 4-6 p.m. on Oct. 19, and is free and open to the public.
 
Kids can meet, interact, and play basketball with Bison men's and women's players in an informal shootaround throughout the event. The NDSU women's and men's teams will also both have brief programs on the main court for fans to hear from head coaches Jory Collins and David Richman and observe drills.
 
The event will conclude with opportunities for autographs and photos with the Bison athletes.
 
All kids 12 and under will receive a voucher for a free ticket to a select NDSU home game. The event will also feature inflatables and giveaways. Concessions will be available.
