Hamling Tabbed TicketSmarter Summit League Peak Performer of the Week

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – For the third time this season, Heaven Hamling has been named the TicketSmarter Summit League Peak Performer of the Week, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
Hamling averaged a team-high 25.0 points per game to help the Bison to back-to-back wins over Kansas City and Oral Roberts. She shot 62.1 percent (18-29) from the field and 50.0 percent (8-16) from behind the arc. The Grand Rapids, Minn., native also added a team-high 11 assists with six rebounds and four steals to her stat line.
Hamling netted a team-high 21 points with a game-high five assists and shot 5-of-8 from three in the 86-75 win over Kansas City. She closed the weekend logging her 10th 20-point game of the season with a game-best 29 points on 10-of-17 shooting from field in the 103-86 win over Oral Roberts. Hamling also contributed a team-high six assists, grabbed five rebounds and created three steals against the Golden Eagles.
Hamling picked up her third Player of the Week honor after winning the award back on Nov. 28 and Jan. 3.
