FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. – The North Dakota State men's cross country team finished 14th in the team standings at the Roy Griak Invitational on Friday morning.

Junior
Symon Keiser led the Bison for the eight-kilometer race at Les Bolstad Golf Course, clocking 25:35.6 for 68th place overall. Senior
Jake Arason took 84th in 25:54.7,
Hunter Klimek was 88th in 25:56.5, and
Will Gerber and
Payton Smith completed the team scoring for NDSU in 90th and 91st place at 26:02.1.

Unattached Bison freshman
Ivan Askim (Williston, N.D.) ran 26:10.7 for 98th place in the meet.

It was the second straight season that Keiser led NDSU at the Griak Invitational.

Cal Baptist won the team title with 46 points.

The Bison will race next at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 13 in Peoria, Ill.
