North Dakota State Men’s Basketball Announces 2023-24 Schedule

FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State University men's basketball program announced its full schedule for the 2023-24 season on Tuesday.
Following a home exhibition contest vs. St. Olaf on Oct. 27, the Bison will open the regular season on the road at Western Michigan on Nov. 6. NDSU takes on Creighton – fresh off an appearance in the Elite Eight – on Nov. 11 in Omaha.
The Bison will play a two-game series vs. San Jose State and former NDSU head coach Tim Miles, taking on the Spartans in San Jose on Nov. 27 and in Fargo on Dec. 4. Also new to the schedule this season are road games at Grand Canyon on Nov. 25 and Missouri Valley Conference foes Illinois State (Dec. 17) and Southern Illinois (Dec. 19).
Summit League play returns to a 16-game slate with eight games at home and eight on the road. The Bison open league play at home vs. South Dakota on Dec. 29.
NDSU drew a pair of rematches from last season for the inaugural year of the Big Sky – Summit Challenge, hosting Montana on Jan. 3 and playing at Eastern Washington on Jan. 6.
The Bison have earned four bids to the NCAA Tournament in the past decade and have made five straight appearances in the Summit League Tournament championship game.
