FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State men's basketball team closed the first half with an 8-0 run, then outscored St. Thomas by 13 in the second half to earn a 64-50 win over the Tommies on Thursday night.

The Bison improved to 14-14 overall and 7-6 in The Summit League, pulling into a tie for third in the conference standings.

St. Thomas scored the first 10 points of the game and led 22-15 with four minutes left in the first half. The Bison went on an 8-0 run to close the half, taking the lead on a bucket by
Noah Feddersen headed into the break.

NDSU led 37-34 with 11:30 remaining. The Bison pieced together a 12-2 run over the next five minutes to go up 49-36.

Boden Skunberg added 13 for the Bison.
Jacari White grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds and drained a pair of threes.

The Bison held the Tommies to 37-percent shooting for the game. NDSU shot 58 percent in the second half to finish at 48 percent for the contest.

St. Thomas's 50 points were the fewest by an NDSU Division I opponent this season.
