The Tournament: The No. 5-seeded North Dakota State men's basketball team will play No. 4 seed St. Thomas in the quarterfinals of the Summit League Tournament on Sunday, March 10, at 6 p.m. inside the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls, S.D. The winner will play the winner of No. 1 seed South Dakota State and No. 8 Oral Roberts or No. 9 South Dakota in the first semifinal on Monday night.

Where to Watch: All first round, quarterfinal, and semifinal games of the men's Summit League Tournament will be broadcast on Midco Sports and be streamed on the Summit League Network via the Midco Sports Plus app. Tuesday's championship game will be on CBS Sports Network.

What's at Stake: The winner of the Summit League Championship receives an automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament. NDSU is looking for its fifth league tournament title in 11 years and its sixth NCAA Tournament berth in school history.

Bison in Sioux Falls: NDSU is 25-10 all-time in Sioux Falls at the Summit League Tournament. The Bison are 18-6 at the Summit League Tournament in the Dave Richman era.

Familiar Territory: The Bison have played in five consecutive Summit League Tournament championship games from 2019-23, winning the title in 2019 and 2020. NDSU has played in 9 of the past 11 Summit League championship games, dating back to March 2013.

Late Season Success: Since February 2019, the Bison are 46-19 in the months of February and March, good for a .708 winning percentage.

Hot Shooting: The Bison rank 17th nationally for three-point shooting at 37.7 percent. NDSU is 39th in the country for field goal percentage at 47.5 percent.

Five Seeds: NDSU is the only school in the past 40 years to advance to the championship game of the conference tournament in The Summit League as the No. 5 seed (formerly known as the Mid-Continent Conference and the Association of Mid-Continent Universities). Western Illinois won the 1984 conference tournament as the No. 5 seed, defeating No. 7 seed Cleveland State in the final. The Bison made the championship game as the five seed in 2016 before falling to South Dakota State.

Last Year in Sioux Falls: Boden Skunberg averaged 19.7 points in last year's run to the championship game of the Summit League Tournament. He shot 54 percent overall and 53 percent from three-point range in Sioux Falls.
Andrew Morgan is next on the list of top returning scorers from last year's tourney, averaging 12.3 points over the three games.

White Hot: Jacari White has made multiple three-pointers in 10 straight games, shooting 47 percent from beyond the arc during that stretch.
