Bison Men Travel to Oral Roberts, Denver

The Games: The North Dakota State men's basketball team will travel to Oral Roberts and Denver this week in Summit League play.
          Thursday, Jan. 9        at Oral Roberts      7 p.m. CT
          Saturday, Jan. 11       at Denver               2 p.m. CT / 1 p.m. MT
 
Where to Watch: Both games will be available to subscribers of the Summit League Network through the Midco Sports Plus app.
 
Radio: Sam Neidermann will call both games on 107.9 The Fox. Broadcasts can also be streamed on the NDSU Athletics app, as well as at GoBison.com/AllAccess for free.
 
Against Oral Roberts: Thursday will be the 41st meeting all-time between North Dakota State and Oral Roberts, with the Bison leading the series 22-18. NDSU has won 17 of the 26 meetings since ORU returned to The Summit League in the 2014-15 season. The Bison won both games vs. ORU last season.
 
Against Denver: Saturday will be the 31st meeting between NDSU and Denver dating back to the 1993-94 season. The Bison hold a 21-9 advantage in the all-time series. NDSU had won 11 straight vs. the Pioneers until Denver won both games last season.
 
Long Range Attack: The Bison lead the country with 12.3 three-pointers made per game. NDSU is fifth on the national list in three-point percentage at 41.0 percent for the season.
 
December to Remember: The Bison went unbeaten this December for the first time in the school's D-I era.
 
Pick Your Poison: Eight Bison players are shooting better than 39 percent from three-point range this season: Jacksen Moni, Jacari White, Luke Kasubke, Noah Feddersen, Brennan Watkins, Masen Miller, Tajavis Miller, and Jeremiah Burke.
 
High Efficiency: The Bison are ranked seventh nationally in effective field goal percentage at 58.5 percent, according to KenPom.com.
 
6-10 Guy Leads in Assists: Jacksen Moni led The Summit League with 3.8 assists per game in non-conference play. He is one of only three players in the nation 6-10 or taller to average that many assists, behind Robbie Avila of Saint Louis and Coleman Hawkins of Kansas State.
 
The Bombs Away Bison™: NDSU is attempting three-pointers at the highest rate in Division I this season. According to KenPom, 55.1 percent of NDSU's shots attempted this year have been three-pointers – the highest percentage in the nation.
 
Three-cember: Jacari White shot 51 percent from three-point range in December.
 
Top 75 Wins: The Bison have two road victories over Top 80 teams in the KenPom Ratings this season -- Butler (72) and Santa Clara (76).
