NDSU Women's Basketball Announces Promotional Schedule for the 2025-26 Season

FARGO, N.D. -- North Dakota State Women's Basketball has announced its promotional schedule for the 2025-26 season inside the Scheels Center at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex. This season's schedule features unique themes and giveaways, along with exciting celebrations that offer something for every Bison basketball fan.
The women's basketball team is set to host 13 home games this season, beginning on Friday, November 7 when the Bison welcome Gonzaga to Fargo for their home opener at the Scheels Center. Bison fans will want to mark their calendars so they don't miss any of the action on, and off, the court this season. Season and single-game tickets are available now and can be purchased HERE.
We are introducing something new to basketball games this year Bison Nation: Hoopy Hour. Get to the Scheels Center early on game days for exclusive deals from vendors on food and beverage. These deals will only be available the first 30 minutes after the doors open (6 - 6:30 PM for a 7 PM game). Hoopy Hour will be indicated for each game below by an * before the date of the game. *Friday, November 7 vs Gonzaga | White Out
White-out conditions in Fargo yet again. Match what the team is wearing and wear white. The first 1,000 fans through the doors for the home opener against Gonzaga will receive a custom Bison Women's Basketball white rally towel to add to the blizzard conditions in the Scheels Center.
Monday, November 10 vs Concordia-Moorhead | Mid-Day Madness
Join us for the Madness! Three themes, one 11:00 AM tip-off. Help us welcome over 1,700 elementary and middle school students as they cheer on the Bison for our second annual Field Trip Day game. Join us in honoring our troops and other heroes from around the Fargo-Moorhead area during our Community Heroes Day. Last, but definitely not least, roll with us in celebrating those who make North Dakota State University special for Faculty and Staff Appreciation. All general admission tickets for the game are $5, with kids ages 13 and under getting in free at the door.

Go crazy, cheer loud, and deck yourself out in all the Bison gear possible; the more, the better. The first 250 fans to the game will receive a double-sided bucket hat. NDSU students can sign-up to compete in games at halftime to win exclusive prizes.
*Wednesday, December 3 vs Montana State | Holiday Spirit
Tis the season Bison Nation, the holiday season is here! Join the festivities by wearing your ugliest holiday sweater to the game. There may even be a guest appearance from a seasonal celebrity…
*Monday, December 29 vs St. Mary's (MN) | Family Game Night
Enjoy a family game night at the Scheels Center with NDSU Bison related trivia. Keep in mind, those at the top of the leaderboard at the end will win a prize!
*Thursday, January 8 vs Kansas City | Youth Basketball Night
Calling all youth teams! Join us as we celebrate the future of basketball. Youth teams (6th grade and under) can attend the game as a team at a discounted rate. For more details, reach out to matthew.gregory.1@ndsu.edu. Best of all, we highly encourage all kids in attendance to wear their youth team jerseys.
Saturday, January 10 vs Omaha | Thundar's Birthday Party
Join the party as Thundar and a few of his closest friends celebrate Thundar's birthday. Celebrate with us by making a birthday card, singing happy birthday to Thundar at halftime, and helping eat the cupcakes that Thundar is going to bring for his big day! All RSVPs (youth tickets) to Thundar's birthday party game are $5 and include post-game autographs from the team.

Is it the upside down or the Scheels Center? You'll just have to see for yourself. Get your very own NDSU Stranger Things poster at the game while supplies last.

NDSU Students, this one is for you. First, make sure you wear a jersey. If you don't have one, the first 400 fans to the game will receive a custom NDSU basketball jersey for free. There will be free food available pregame for NDSU students while supplies last. Students will also have the opportunity to sign-up to participate in contests at halftime for exclusive prizes. Listen to a collection of songs from the DJ that have appeared in NBA 2K games.

Join us in celebrating the past, present, and future women of the Bison during our Alumni Day and National Girls and Women in Sports Day game. The day will feature our eighth annual pregame NGWSD clinic and post-game autographs with the team. More information will be coming soon about the pregame clinic.
*Thursday, February 19 vs St. Thomas | Play 4 Kay Pink Game
Join the team in wearing pink to help us recognize the bravery and courage of those who have battled cancer. Fill out an "I Play 4" sign when you arrive to show off in-game who you have in your heart every day.

Wear green and catch music from your favorite decade as we take it back with classic songs from the mid-2000s all the way back to the 60s. An exclusive throwback giveaway will be available while supplies last for those who have shown their Bison Pride and accrued enough points throughout the year on BISON REWARDS to unlock it.

Celebrate our seniors on their special day by wearing gold and honoring their contributions to the NDSU Women's Basketball program! Your ticket for this game gets you into the men's game directly after, so stay in your seats, and cheer your Bison on as they take on the Fighting Hawks all day long.
