The North Dakota State University women's and men's track & field teams will host the Dakota Alumni Classic this Thursday, Dec. 11, at the Shelly Ellig Indoor Track & Field Facility on campus.
 
Multi-events competition will begin with the men's heptathlon 60m dash at 11:30 a.m. and the women's pentathlon 60m hurdles at 12 p.m.
 
Field events start with the men's weight throw at noon and the women's pole vault at 3 p.m. Running events are scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. Thursday on the track and are expected to conclude by 8 p.m.
 
The men's heptathlon competition will conclude on Friday, resuming at 11 a.m. that day.
 
The NDSU women have captured 16 indoor team titles in 18 seasons since joining The Summit League in 2008. The Bison men have added nine indoor team titles in that span.
