FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State women's track & field team hosted the Bison Open at the Terrence Dahl and Donna Beres Track Complex on Friday.
 
Bison sophomore Arienne Birch won the high jump with a mark of 5-10 (1.78m). Nyariek Kur took second with a personal-best jump of 5-8 (1.73m), and Gabby Fredrickson cleared a PR of 5-04.25 (1.63m) for third.
 
Senior Grace Emineth took the long jump title with a mark of 20-02.50 (6.16m). Kur finished second in the long jump with a personal-best 20-01.75 (6.14m) and now stands at No. 7 on the NDSU all-time list. Joy Nnantah recorded a PR of 19-04.25 (5.90m) for fifth place.
 
Emineth also won the triple jump with a mark of 40-03.25 (12.27m), and Ella Gardner was second with an outdoor personal-best of 39-04.50 (12.00m).
 
Sophomore Marvelous Onwualo ran a personal-best 13.79 to win the 100m hurdles and rank No. 8 on the NDSU all-time list.
 
Anika Larson won the 100m dash in 11.74. Paige Renschler was the runner-up in a personal-best 11.76, moving up to No. 9 on the NDSU all-time list.
 
Freshman Elise Wisnewski took first in the 400m dash in a personal-best 55.99. Kaci Cooper won the 400m hurdles in 1:02.33, and Brooke Cina took third in a personal-best 1:04.40.
 
Wisnewski, Reese Rogowski, Cooper and Allie Niska won the 4x400m relay in 3:43.96.
 
Alex Seagris won the javelin with a throw of 144-4 (44.01m). Camille Deringer threw a personal-best 139-7 (42.55m) in the javelin for second place.
 
Freshman Casidi Pehler cleared 12-03.50 (3.75m) to claim the pole vault title.
 
The Bison women swept the top four places in the heptathlon, with all four recording personal-best scores. Yolanda Nabwe won with 4,695 points, Rylee Johnson was second with 4,589, Paige Halder took third with 4,460, and Ashley Kimman finished fourth with 4,433.
