VERMILLION, S.D. – The North Dakota State women's track & field team registered a slew of personal-best performances and marks that rank among the top 10 in school history on Saturday at the USD Tune-Up.
 
Freshman Nyariek Kur set a new personal-best of 42-00.75 (12.82m) to win the triple jump, tying her for fourth-best in NDSU history. She moved into the top 60 on the NCAA performance list this season.
 
Sophomore Joy Nnantah was the runner-up in the triple jump, setting a new personal-best of 40-06.75 (12.36m) to rank 11th all-time at NDSU.
 
Emelia Skistad, Elise Wisnewski, Paige Renschler and Anika Larson took the 4x100m relay title, winning with a season-best time of 45.31. They now stand at No. 4 in school history.
 
NDSU senior Grace Emineth claimed the long jump title with a mark of 19-08.25 (6.00m). Ella Gardner was fifth at 19-00.75 (5.81m), and Nnantah was sixth at 18-11.25 (5.77m).
 
The Bison women earned three top-five finishes in the 800m, with all three registering personal-best times. Reagan Baesler finished second in 2:09.17, Jaelyn Miller was fourth in 2:11.51, and Reagan Berg placed fifth in 2:11.59.
 
Renschler won the 100m dash with a time of 11.85. Larson ran 23.96 in the 200m dash for second place, Wisnewski clocked 24.05 for third, and Renschler was fifth in 24.51.
 
NDSU's Annabel Thorstenson placed second in the hammer throw, recording a personal-best 188-2 (57.35m). Adison Kapitzke (182-3) was fourth, and Merrideth Spiers (180-9) was fifth.
 
Allie Niska took third in the 400m dash with a season-best 54.78. Reese Rogowski was fourth in an outdoor personal-best 55.13. Riika Tirkkonen (56.64) and Kendal Stingle (57.30) added PRs.
 
Alex Seagris placed fourth in the javelin, and freshman Casidi Pehler was sixth with a personal-best throw of 131-7 (40.12m).
 
The Bison will compete next at home on Friday, May 9.
