SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State golfer Hannah Dunk has been named the Summit League Peak Golfer of the Week for the first time in her career, the league office announced on Thursday morning.
Dunk finished in 26th at -1 overall at the Clash at Boulder Creek this week. She fired rounds of 69, 75 and 71, posting a career-low 54-hole score of 215. Her season-low 69 in the first round was highlighted by her hole-in-one on hole 17, the first by a Bison this season. She also carded two birdies on holes 12 and 16, assembling a four-under 32 on the back nine. She posted 15 pars in round two, before an impressive bogey-free one-under 71 in the final round that featured a birdie on hole 9 and 17 total pars.
Her 26th place finish was her fifth consecutive top-30 finish. The Janesville, Wisconsin native earned seventh, eighth, 11th and 13th place finishes to open the season, posting a win/loss percentage of at least 0.75 in each tournament.
It is the first time Dunk has earned the award in her career, and the first time a Bison has been named Golfer of the Week since Avery Bartels in March 2026.

NDSU wrapped up their fall portion of the schedule this week and will take a few months off before returning to action in the spring at the Longwood Invitational on February 22-23 in Jekyll Island, Georgia.
