FARGO, N.D. - North Dakota State wrestling heads back on the road, traveling to the west coast to take on Oregon State in the final non-conference dual of the season. The Bison will wrestle at Oregon State on Friday, February 13, taking on the Beavers at Gill Coliseum with the dual set to get underway at 8 p.m. CT.

Ranked Bison
Six Bison are ranked heading into this week's road trip.
Max Petersen (149) leads the way for the Bison, sitting at #16 in the InterMat rankings and also sits at #23 by FloWrestling.
Ezekiel Witt (125) is at #21 in InterMat and #26 in the Flo rankings.
Aidan Brenot (184) holds firm at #28 in InterMat, while
Devin Wasley (197) climbed to #24 in InterMat and stays at #28 in Flo.
Gavin Drexler (157) and
Tristan Daugherty (133) also make an appearance in the WrestleStat rankings, moving into #29 and #32 this weekend, respectively.

Series History
NDSU and Oregon State will meet for the 10th time in series history on Friday, with the Beavers holding a 6-3 lead in the all-time series. While the Bison have held the advantage in recent years, winning two of the last three, Oregon State won last season, claiming eight matches in a 35-6 victory at the Scheels Center. The teams have not met in Corvallis since January of 2014, with NDSU winning 19-17.

Bison Facing Some of the Best
Including this weekend, eight of NDSU's 15 Division I opponents so far this season are currently ranked in the USA Today/NWCA Coaches Poll. NDSU had the fifth strongest strength of schedule in the fall semester and the 12th strongest currently. Counting Wyoming last week, the final three opponents for the remainder of the regular season are currently ranked in the NWCA Top 25.

At the beginning of the season, the Bison were set to face seven programs that started the 2025-26 season in the top 25, along with three other programs that received votes in the opening rankings of the year. The Bison have six traditional Power 4 programs on the schedule, with four of those duals coming in the first two months of the season.
