Against St. Thomas: Thursday will be the 29th meeting all-time between the Bison and Tommies, with NDSU leading the series 15-13. NDSU is 5-5 against St. Thomas since it joined The Summit League. The Bison won 68-65 in Fargo on Jan. 17.

Against North Dakota: Saturday will be the 313th meeting between NDSU and UND, with UND leading the all-time series, 165-147.
           The Bison lead 19-8 over 27 meetings in the Division I era, and NDSU has won 13 of the past 17 games against the Fighting Hawks. The Bison won 83-66 in Grand Forks on Feb. 14.

Summit League Champs: The Bison have clinched their fifth Summit League regular season title, which they accomplished previously in 2009, 2014, 2015 and 2020. The 2009 and 2014 championships were also outright, while 2015 and 2020 were shared crowns.

Chasing History: The NDSU school record for wins in a season is 26, achieved in 1924-25, 2008-09, and 2013-14. The best record for the Bison in the David Richman era is 25-8 in the 2019-20 season.

Continued Success: This is the fourth time under head coach David Richman that the Bison have won at least 23 games in a season. It is the sixth 20-win season of Richman's tenure.
