Jade Rypkema Earns Summit League Peak Performer of the Week

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State's Jade Rypkema was named the Summit League Women's Cross Country Peak Performer of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.

Rypkema (Nevis, Minn.) won the individual title at the Marauders Opener last Friday to lead the Bison women to the team title. Rypkema clocked 21:26.6 for the 6k win in her cross country debut for NDSU after transferring in at the beginning of 2026.

The Bison women posted 11 of the top 13 finishers in the meet.

NDSU will run at the Roy Griak Invitational in Fort Snelling, Minn., this Friday morning.
