Blohm Tabbed Summit League Defensive Peak Performer of the Week

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Middle blocker Arianna Blohm has been named the Summit League Volleyball Defensive Peak Performer of the Week, the league office announced on Tuesday.
Blohm helped the Bison extend their win streak to four matches last week and wrap non-conference play with an 8-2 overall record. It marks the most wins in non-conference play for NDSU since the 2023 season.
Blohm totaled a team-high 13 blocks and averaged 1.30 per set, while adding 25 kills with a .358 hitting percentage on the offensive end. The Spring Valley, Minn., native tied a career-best eight total blocks with five kills in the win over Seattle. Blohm has logged at least three blocks in six of the first 10 matches this season.

NDSU will open its home schedule and Summit League play hosting St. Thomas on Thursday. First serve is set for 7:00 p.m., at Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse.
