2026 National Girls and Women in Sports Day Clinic

The eighth annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day clinic with NDSU Athletics will be held on Saturday, January 31, prior to the NDSU Women's Basketball game against Oral Roberts in the Scheels Center at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex. This event is FREE to sign-up for all girls grades K-6!
Check-in will begin at 11 a.m. in the SOUTH lobby of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a sports clinic with student-athletes from the NDSU women's teams from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., receive a complimentary snack and prize after the clinic, and receive a free ticket to the NDSU Women's Basketball game vs. Oral Roberts at 1 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own water bottle and be dressed in athletic attire. Due to the sizing and space of the Nodak Insurance Company Basketball Performance Center, parents will be unable to stay and watch. Kids participating will be released back to their parents at 12:30 p.m. in the South lobby of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex where you dropped them off.
Sign-up for a chance to interact with NDSU student-athletes and participate in the drills that get the Bison ready for game day!
Returning this year is an opportunity to experience the various pieces that go into an NDSU Athletics event. Choose from the following behind the scenes options:

*Capacity for event is 150 participants*
In addition to completing the registration form below, each participant is required to complete the Activity Waiver found HERE. Please complete, print, and bring this form with you to the clinic. Paper copies will be available at the check in table on Jan. 31, but completing it ahead of time will speed up the check in process giving participants more time to interact with the student-athletes.
