Christian Dudzik joined the North Dakota State University athletic department as the Director of Creative Content on August 1, 2024, bringing a unique blend of collegiate athletic experience, multimedia storytelling expertise and deep ties to the Bison community.
In his role, Dudzik leads the creative vision and digital content strategy for NDSU Athletics. He oversees the production of video and creative media across all sports, managing campaigns, highlight packages, social media content and motion graphics that showcase Bison student-athletes, enhance fan engagement and elevate the NDSU Athletics brand.
Prior to returning to Fargo, Dudzik was on the video staff for the 2023 University of Washington Football team where he observed the transition of head coaches following a Sugar Bowl-winning season. Following that season, he moved coast-to-coast to serve as Director of Multimedia of the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) based in Richmond, Va., where he further refined his craft in athletic communications and creative media.
A native of Omaha, Neb., Dudzik was a standout performer at Skutt Catholic High School, excelling both on the gridiron and in multimedia pursuits before enrolling at North Dakota State.
At NDSU, he was a four-year contributor in the secondary for the Bison football program. Dudzik started 61 consecutive games and played a key role in North Dakota State’s unprecedented run of four straight NCAA Division I FCS national championships from 2011 to 2014. His versatility, durability and leadership were hallmarks of his playing career.
