Robert Sparks joined the Facilities and Event Operations staff at North Dakota State University as a graduate assistant in the summer of 2024.

Sparks came to NDSU from the USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Maryland, where he spent two seasons working in event operations for the organization, assisting in facility setup and other game day operations surrounding and during the events.

He has also worked with Athletes Unlimited on its staff care operations team and spent four years as a coach, mentor and director for the Basketball 4 LYFE organization.

Sparks is from Hollywood, Md., and earned his bachelor's degree in sport management from Towson University.
