Border States congratulates Dominic Martinez, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.

Martinez, a sophomore hurdler from San Antonio, Texas, has a 3.600 GPA in retail merchandising/design. He ran 15.00 in the 110m hurdles at the Bobcat Invitational hosted by Texas State in San Marcos on Saturday. This was his best time ever with a wind under +3.0 m/s
